Jack works hands on with coaches and players throughout the session, helping clubs maximise training standards, intensity and game-day preparation.

Sessions are practical, game-based and designed to help coaches and players better understand how to get more from their training environment.

Jack is based in the Geelong Coastal region (Victoria) and currently offers club visits for senior clubs only.
